(I). Example of PMP dissimilar bonding material:

The advantage is that the bonding is formed by chemical bonding and is excellent in water, gas and dust resistant compared to general plastic interlock with substrate by physical bonding.

PMP has the capability to change the polymer macromolecular structure to meet the customer’s expectation and unique physical properties, and able to successfully pass long-term reliability tests.

  • Silicone rubber is cured with Pt catalyst and can be cure under O2 environment.
  • Curing reaction temp. is 120oC ± 15°C.
  • Temperature & curing time of A/B mixing pipe and storage environment should be well controlled.
  • Perform good rebound resilience and stability after chemical cross linking process.

Chlorination process - Product surface is resistant to UV light and ozone and increase slippery feeling

Chlorination treatment usually used for the products (ex. car wiper, medical equipment…) that need smooth skin feeling, better abrasion resistance, better weather resistance and ozone resistance with no cracked, sealing performance.
